As Platform Director at Ansor, Evelyn leads the strategic direction of MSK Clinics Group, working alongside the leadership team to unite best-in-class private musculoskeletal practices into a single, market-leading organisation.
With extensive experience scaling multi-site healthcare and service businesses, Evelyn is focused on building a group that empowers practitioners, raises the standard of patient care, and preserves the identity and clinical autonomy of every clinic that joins. She works closely with clinic leaders and the wider team to ensure growth is built on clinical excellence and long-term stability.
Stuart Paterson
As Programme Strategic Advisor, Stuart provides senior guidance on the group’s buy-and-build programme, drawing on extensive experience scaling businesses across healthcare and service sectors.
He works closely with the leadership team on strategy, integration and long-term planning, helping ensure that growth is disciplined, well-sequenced and built on strong commercial and clinical foundations.
Kieron Ellis
As Chief Financial Officer, Kieron oversees the group’s financial strategy and its acquisition programme, establishing the institutional scale and professional stability required to support specialist clinics across the UK.
Kieron brings a wealth of expertise in managing multi-site operations and complex Mergers and Acquisitions. He is responsible for driving financial rigour across the group, ensuring MSK Clinics Group remains a trusted, long-term partner for the practices and practitioners it brings together.
Rob Liguz
Rob leads MSK Clinics Group’s mergers and acquisitions activity, identifying and partnering with high-quality private practices that align with the group’s strategic goals.
With broad experience spanning deal origination through to post-acquisition integration, Rob works closely with practice owners throughout the transition process. He focuses on respectful, well-managed integration that unlocks operational potential while protecting the clinical heritage and local reputation of each business.
Richard Martindale
As Operations Director, Richard is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the group’s clinics, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across every site.
Richard works hand in hand with clinic teams to standardise the best of how each practice operates, removing friction, sharing systems and freeing clinicians to focus on patients. His focus is operational excellence that scales without losing the personal, local character that makes each clinic trusted in its community.
Gareth Foster
Gareth leads marketing for MSK Clinics Group, building the brand strategy, performance marketing and in-house capability that drive patient growth across the group’s clinics. He works directly with each clinic to unlock patient volumes and fill capacity through targeted marketing campaigns tuned to local catchments and demand.
A senior marketing leader whose career spans global roles in pharmaceutical, travel and gaming, Gareth brings an audience-first philosophy: the belief that understanding human behaviour transcends sector. At MSK he is focused on brand architecture, marketing technology and a high-performing team that supports every discipline and clinic in the group.
Rachel Thompson
As Onboarding Manager, Rachel leads the integration of newly acquired clinics into MSK Clinics Group, making sure every transition is smooth for clinicians, support teams and patients alike.
She works hand in hand with clinic teams from day one, coordinating the practical, operational and people side of joining the group so that each practice can keep delivering excellent care without disruption while gaining the benefits of group support.
Nazifa Ibrahim
As M&A Associate, Nazifa supports the group’s acquisition strategy, from identifying and evaluating potential clinics to helping bring each deal to completion.
